  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add beef and brown on all sides.
  3. Stir in onions and garlic; cook until softened.
  4. Add tomato paste, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, celery, and seasonings.
