- 4 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)
- 2 cups sparkling water
- Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth.

- Mix in the basil leaves and lime juice.
- Add honey or sugar if using, and stir well.
- Top with sparkling water before serving.
