- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
- Add in maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in walnuts if using.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
