Teriyaki Chicken Wonton Taco Bow

A delightful new take on taco night with teriyaki chicken, served in crispy wonton bowls.

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 16 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground chicken until fully cooked.
  2. Add teriyaki sauce and stir until chicken is well coated and heated through.
  3. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place wonton wrappers in muffin tins to create bowls and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  5. Once the wonton bowls are ready, fill each with the teriyaki chicken mixture.
  6. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocado slices, and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

  • Feel free to add other toppings like cheese or cilantro!
