  • 12 large jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped spinach, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each cooked shell with the cheese and spinach mixture.
  5. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish, seam side up, and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
