  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces sushi-grade tuna, diced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted

Instructions

  1. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook according to package instructions.

  3. In another bowl, combine diced tuna, mayonnaise, Sriracha, and green onions. Mix well.
  4. Shape cooled rice into rectangles and pan-fry until crispy on both sides.
  5. Top each rice piece with a spoonful of the spicy tuna mixture, a slice of avocado, and a drizzle of soy sauce.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of Sriracha based on your spice preference.
  • For extra crunch, you can deep fry the rice pieces instead of pan-frying.
