  • 8 ounces ramen noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 boiled egg, halved

Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and chili paste. Bring to a simmer.
  2. Add shrimp to the pot and cook until pink, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. In a separate pot, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Add cooked ramen and spinach to the broth, stirring to combine.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and a boiled egg.
