  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Mix in the melted butter.
  4. Stir in the baking soda and salt.
  5. Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, mix until combined.
  6. Sprinkle the baking powder and add the flour, mix until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
