  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and chopped turkey bacon.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. Toast the burger buns and assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, and avocado.
