Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the brewed coffee and vanilla extract.
