  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
