  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant.
