- 250 g quark
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml milk
- 50 g melted butter
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- In a large bowl, mix together the quark, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the quark mixture, alternating with the milk and melted butter, and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into muffin tins and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
