Quark-Vanille-Muffins

Delicious and fluffy Quark-Vanille-Muffins that are perfect for any occasion. Made with creamy quark and infused with vanilla, these muffins are sure to be a hit!

  • 250 g quark
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 g melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the quark, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the quark mixture, alternating with the milk and melted butter, and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into muffin tins and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.
