  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  7. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
