  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugars, and melted butter.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture and stir until just combined.
  6. Fold in walnuts if using.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
