Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
