  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 12 ounces white chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until smooth.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls and coat with graham cracker crumbs.
  3. Dip each truffle into melted white chocolate and allow to set on parchment paper.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, sprinkle more pumpkin pie spice on top after dipping.
