  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, graham cracker crumbs, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Mix until well combined and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze for about 30 minutes to set.
  5. While the truffles are freezing, melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
