- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, combine pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and softened butter. Mix until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, stirring just until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
