Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup cheese whiz
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add the onion and green bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
  4. Add the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the cheese whiz until melted, then return the pasta and bacon to the skillet. Mix well.
  6. Top with shredded provolone cheese and let it melt before serving.
