  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the chilled butter to the dry ingredients and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Fold in the chopped strawberries.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, egg, and vanilla extract.
