- 400 grams pasta (preferably penne)
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, ricotta cheese, marinara sauce, oregano, salt, pepper, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
