1 cup crushed Oreos
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreos and sugar, then press into the bottom of a muffin tin to form cookie cups.
In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth.
Add flour, baking soda, and salt; mix until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips, then spoon the cheesecake mixture into the cookie cups.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are set but the centers are slightly jiggly.
Allow to cool before removing from the tin and serving.
Notes
