One Pan Parmesan Orzo with Shrimp

A delicious and easy one pan dinner featuring parmesan orzo and succulent shrimp.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the orzo and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes or until orzo is tender.
