Marshmallow Whip Cheesecake : No-Bake Dream Dessert

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups marshmallow fluff
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese and marshmallow fluff until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

  • For an extra flavor boost, add a tablespoon of lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture.
