- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups marshmallow fluff
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese and marshmallow fluff until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
