- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 green onion, sliced
- Boil the eggs for 7-8 minutes, then transfer them to an ice bath to cool.
- Peel the eggs and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, water, sugar, garlic, and sesame oil until sugar dissolves.
- Place the eggs in a jar and pour the marinade over them.
