  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, cooking until soft.
  4. Add the beef and turkey bacon, cooking until browned.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the provolone cheese.
  6. Place the mixture in low-carb wraps or use bell pepper slices as wraps.
  7. Top with additional cheese if desired, then bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.
  8. Serve hot.
