- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
- Add oats, honey (or maple syrup), almond butter, vanilla extract, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to the mashed bananas and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
