  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add oats, honey (or maple syrup), almond butter, vanilla extract, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
