  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh berries, for topping
  • 1/2 cup chocolate shavings, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the base of a cheesecake pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract and sour cream.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  6. Top with fresh berries and chocolate shavings before serving.
