  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water and then cook it in chicken broth according to package instructions.
  2. While the quinoa is cooking, season the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
