  • 6 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and turkey bacon until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion and mushrooms to the skillet, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in frozen vegetables, pasta, beef broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and sprinkle cheese on top.
