Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, whole wheat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine honey (or maple syrup), grated carrots, raisins, and walnuts.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
