Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Add the diced bell peppers, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until the peppers are tender.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add some chili flakes.
  • Serve with rice or in lettuce wraps.
