Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, and sauté until softened.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Split hoagie rolls and fill with beef and vegetable mixture.
  5. Top each with a slice of provolone cheese and cover until melted.
  6. Serve hot.
