  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, make the tzatziki by combining Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix well and season with salt to taste.
