  • 8 slices bread
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Cube the bread and place it in the prepared dish.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes and let it soak for 15 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled turkey bacon over the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
