Eggs Benedict Casserole

A delicious and easy-to-make Eggs Benedict Casserole that combines turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 2 cups cubed English muffins

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Stir in the cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and English muffin cubes.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set in the center.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Serve with hollandaise sauce for extra flavor.
