  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, eggs, and Parmesan.
  5. Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and gradually stir in the cream mixture.
