Easy Low Carb Chicken Casserole

This delightful easy low carb chicken casserole is packed with flavor and topped with crispy turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and the top is slightly golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
