  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onions and minced garlic.
  3. Stir in enchilada sauce, cumin, chili powder, and salt; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Spoon the beef mixture into tortillas, roll up, and place in a baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and additional enchilada sauce.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
