  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the chicken and cook until no longer pink. Remove from skillet.
  3. Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms to the skillet; sauté until softened.

  6. Reduce the heat and add sour cream, mixing until well combined.
  7. Add the chicken and turkey bacon back to the skillet. Stir until heated through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm over noodles or rice.
