Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta: A Bold, Flavor-Packed Dinner

A bold, flavor-packed dinner that combines creamy sauce with Cajun spices and tender chicken.

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add diced chicken. Season with Cajun seasoning and cook until browned.
  3. Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Add cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, increase the amount of Cajun seasoning.
