  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning, bringing to a simmer.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  7. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, mixing well.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, add more Cajun seasoning or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  • This recipe can be made with shrimp instead of chicken for a different flavor.
