8 ounces fettuccine pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
Add the garlic, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet, sauté until softened.
Pour in the heavy cream, then stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
For extra spice, add more Cajun seasoning as desired.
