Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, stuffing mix, cranberries, celery, egg, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
