  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced green onion
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together crab meat, cream cheese, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Take a wonton wrapper and place a spoonful of the crab mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the wrapper diagonally to form a triangle and seal the edges.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the filled wonton wrappers until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes each side.
  6. Drain on paper towels before serving.
