  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions and drain.
  2. Crisp the turkey bacon in a skillet and then chop into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cucumber, carrots, and green onions.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
