  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar for swirling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas, and then mix in the melted butter.
  3. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar over the batter.
  8. Add the remaining batter and top with the remaining cinnamon sugar.
  9. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
