Cinnamon Roll Honeybun Cheesecake

Cinnamon Roll Honeybun Cheesecake is a delightful dessert that combines the flavors of cinnamon rolls and creamy cheesecake.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until just combined.
  5. Pour half of the cheesecake batter into the crust. In a small bowl, mix ground cinnamon and brown sugar, then sprinkle half over the batter.
  6. Layer the remaining cheesecake batter and then top with the rest of the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake sit in the oven for an additional hour.
  8. Remove from the oven and cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
