Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with apple cider.
  6. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full with batter.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
